It was set up by The Royal Foundation charity, which Kate shares with her husband, Prince William, and which was at the the time also a project backed by Meghan and Harry....

The Christmas carol service, spearheaded by Kate as the new Princess of Wales in tribute to Queen Elizabeth II, marked the biggest showing out in force of the royal family since the late-monarch’s state funeral in September. At least, that’s how things appear to be going if the words of Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy can be taken at face value. A recent interview focusing on more current events in a galaxy far, far away briefly touched on the subject of the Star Wars sequel trilogy’s characters, and Kennedy decided to play things just a little coy....

The luxury fashion label has been under fire in recent weeks over two separate ad campaigns. One ad, for its holiday campaign, featured children holding handbags shaped like teddy bears wearing leather bondage gear. The other ad, for a purse, showed a printout of a Supreme Court decision on child pornography laws. Following days of criticism last month, Balenciaga brand ambassador Kim Kardashian said in a statement on Twitter that she was “disgusted” and “shaken” by the images and that she was “re-evaluating” her relationship with Balenciaga....
